What we collect

• From Twitch, YouTube or Kick when you sign in: your account ID, username, display name and profile picture. From Twitch, your follower count. From YouTube, your subscriber count.
• Live viewer counts: every 15 minutes we check whether your connected Twitch or Kick channel is live, and record the viewer count, stream title and preview image. We keep these checks for 45 days to work out your 30-day average.
• What you type: your profile (handle, game, bio, schedule, language, contact), requests, messages, feedback posts, comments, reviews and reports.
• Notifications: if you turn them on, a device token so we can send them.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

How it’s used

To match you with other streamers, show your profile and live status to signed-in users, send notifications you turned on, and run Pro subscriptions. Your contact details are only shown to a streamer after one of you accepts the other’s request.

What we never do

We don’t sell your data, post to your channel, read your chat, or use your account for anything except reading the public channel info above.

Deleting your data

Email us and we’ll delete your account and everything linked to it within 30 days. You can also disconnect Crosslobby from your Twitch, Google or Kick connection settings at any time.

Who can use Crosslobby

Crosslobby is for people 18 and older.
